14452 Grassmere – Tustin, CA | Listed at $400,000
This home was active on the market for 70 days before finding a buyer. It’s the last standard sale available in the Tustin Broadmoor Exclusives. This home is noteworthy for a couple of reasons. First of all, there are no interior photos and in my experience as an agent, that usually indicates that the home needs some work on the interior. All of the homes that have recently sold in the high $300s have been remodeled. Secondly, this home is next door to a home that sold for just $325,000 about a year ago.
I’m VERY curious to see what this home will end up closing at. Because it’s a pending sale, that information is not released until it closes.
This isn’t my listing but I’d be happy to give you more information on the Broadmoor Community.

Old Town Tustin has its weekly certified farmers market which is located on El Camino and 3rd street. The market opens at 9:00am and goes until around 1:00pm.
